*Tracking Order
How Can I Track My Order?
Following The Step Bellow, You Can Track Your Order Easily.
Step 1: Login your VASMOK account
- Log into "My Account".
- Click on "My Orders".
Step 2: Find your Order
- Find the item you want to view.
- Click "Track Order Details" for more.
Step 3: Check Order details
- You can check your order details include payment info.
- If your order is "Shipped", select "TRACK" to check the current status of your package.
*Ordering Guidance
You can shop at Vasmok easily with a few steps.
You may also need to note that:
- We will begin to process your order upon receipt of your payment and an email will be sent to you for order confirmation then.
- You may check order status and track the parcel(s) in My Orders after logging into your account on our site.

Now let's start shopping.
Step 1: Add the items you want into your Shopping Bag.
- Select the option, color or quantity if necessary. For some items, we may recommend an option for you. Just click Check My option;
- Click on “ADD TO CART”.
Step 2: Check out when item selection is completed.
- Click the VIEW CART button to review the item(s) selected and make some modifications if necessary;
- Click on “CHECKOUT NOW” if you are ready to place the order. Otherwise, click CONTINUE SHOPPING.
Step 3: Login your VASMOK account.
- Choose Sign In if you already have an account on our site;
- Choose New to VASMOK to register with your email account otherwise.
Step 4: Complete shipping and billing information.
- Fill in the shipping address;
- Select a payment method;
- Choose one shipping option;
- Click on “PLACE ORDER”.
Step 5: Fill in payment information and then click the CONTINUE button to complete the purchase.
*How long does it take for my order to ship?
When you place an order with VASMOK we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 7-10 business days for your order.
We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in.
Please refer to our shipping info for more details on how long it will take to get your package.
*Where is my order?
Receiving time consists of processing time and shipping time. For processing time, we may need up to 4-6 business days to prepare the items after you place the order. This is to make sure that your order is accurate.
As for shipping time, please check the Shipping Info page. You can log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Track Order Details" button for more details.
*Can I change/modify my shipping address/sizes?
Yes, you can. It includes changing sizes or the color of an item, removing an item, and changing your shipping address. Please contact our Customer Service Team here contact us.
Please note that we can help you modify your order BEFORE shipment. Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
*Why I didn’t get an email about my order delivery?
After placing your order, we may need 4-6 business days to prepare your order. This will be our processing time to make sure that your order is accurate.
We will inform you of an email after shipment or if there is any delay. Please make sure you log into the right email account and please check your mailbox spam folder as well.
If you can't find an email fifteen days after you’ve placed the order, please contact our Customer Service Team here contact us.
*Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling a paid order. If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order by contact our customer service contact us.
2. Canceling an unpaid order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours. Or please log into your account >> click on "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be canceled. Please find an example picture below. Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
*How to change/modify billing address?
The billing address will be automatically generated to the same as the shipping address. If you want to change it, you can click on "Edit" at the check out page (after clicking the PLACE ORDER button). Please find an example below.
If you paid already, then no need to change the billing address, as we'll just ship the order to the shipping address that you left on our site.
Therefore, it does not matter that the billing address is different from the shipping address.
What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. Please contact our Customer Service Team here contact us.
